Sonya Montoya Garcia

My name is Sonya and I was born and raised in Nampa, Id. I recently moved to Mountain Home and I love already! I enjoy spending time with my family and fiancé. During my free time I enjoy playing PC games. Some of my favorite foods include chile rellenos, sushi, and macaroni salad.

I have always loved painting my nails as far back as I can remember. One of my favorite things about being a nail tech is encapsulating art in clear acrylic and trying new nail art. 

 

Elegance Nails by Sonya first started as an Instagram nail account where i would post my nails to track my own progress. After many friends persuading me and a lot of support I started cosmetology school and begin my journey to becoming a nail technician! I graduated in September 2021, went on to take state exams and got my license in October 2021!

I am so blessed to be opening a salon in the comfort of my house. My salon environment is cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Perfect for people who find a salon a bit too busy. My space has is a work in progress and I am happy to have you be a part of my nail journey and watch me grow!
